Malayalappuzha Rajan is a famous elephant in Kerala. He is over sixty years of age. Even if the plucked horns and beautiful tail ears do not fall to the ground, the ground-touching trunk and the blackish black color will set Malayalappuzha Rajan apart in any herd. The height is over nine and a half feet but the length is less so it may not look as big as it looks from the back.

Malayalappuzha Rajan may not be as tall and fat as Pampadi Rajan, but he looks a lot like Pampadi Rajan.
